Today we checked in on Queen Miriel to see how she and her court are doing. She seems to be laying well and we should have a hatch out soon. Another few weeks and I think she might be ready for a 3rd box!!

We are so excited to be offering creamed honey at the Rockland Maker's Market on May 18th, downtown Rockland on Main street. Hope you will come by and get some!! We will also be selling our crystallized honey in 8oz and 16oz. It is wonderfully good and can be reconstituted to liquid by placing the jar in warm water!
